Our Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your garden tools, equipment, or accessories. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Used garden power tools (lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.)
  • Opened bags of fertilisers, compost, or soil products
  • Custom-made garden buildings or log cabins
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your garden product:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
  5. Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect garden product:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations
